Job Description

Managing over all learning culture of the branch and distribution mapped to the TM
Responsible for the income and career growth of the new dstribution
Supporting the OH as per the OLT culture for the overall development of the branch
Participate and support the regional team and RTM for any required initiatives
Innovative in ensuring engagements and footfalls in traning sessions in the branch
Support on field to the newly coded advisors and leaders to develop their skills and make them self dependant
