GENERAL OBJECTIVES

• We are hiring for a Training Manager for our own captive unit based at Noida Sector - 2
• The manager will help our employees advance their skills and knowledge by creating and executing learning strategies and program
• The manager will also be responsible for managing LMS used for instructor-led training, e-learning, quizzes, and assessments for 1000+ employees in India and USA

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the training & technical writing team responsible for providing soft skills, process training, and developing learning content and business essential documents
• Managing, designing and delivering LMS, used for instructor-led training, e-learning, quizzes, and assessments for 1000+ employees in India and USA
• Creating training plans for all new employees, and individual development plans for employees on PIP
• Helping the recruitment team hire right people by creating evaluation tools based on the organization\xe2\x80\x99s competency model
• Working with the HR team to organize and conduct the induction and orientation of new employees
• Supporting the quality team by improving quality evaluation tools used to audit calls made by the sales team, and providing timely feedback to sales team members

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or anything similar
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience with developing training materials and course modules.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication verbal and written (especially in writing learning modules)
• Past experience working in any reputed MNC

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 91,000,000.00 - 91,500,000.00 per year Benefits:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
