A) International Certification Training

Deliver the following international certification training:


NEBOSH Level 2 and Level 3 courses
IOSH Managing Safely

B) Corporate Bespoke Training

Deliver the following corporate bespoke training as per plan and the approved scope:


Fire Safety
First Aid
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
Behaviour Based Safety
Lifting and Rigging
Defensive Driving
Scaffold Safety
And similar such trainings

C) Other Deliveries

Deliver EHS and FLS audits as per scope and plan, ensuring timely reporting and approvals
Deliver consulting packages, especially related to BBS and implementation of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Fulfill any additional EHS-based deliveries as required by client needs
Develop new and review existing trainer packs

Team Management:

Follow discipline and target oriented behavior. Actively support the organizations improvement programs. Abide by all the policies set by NIST and ensure compliance from self and team. Ensure QHSE targets are achieved and maintained.

Essential Qualification

NEBOSH IG/ IDIP. Bachelors or Masters in Engineering / Safety from recognized university. Certification in First Aid from St. Johns Ambulance/ AHA or similar. Certified IOSH member. Train the trainer qualification. Lead Auditor in ISO 45001 and 14001

Preferred Qualification

LEEA certification on Lifting and Rigging. STI scaffold train the trainer certification. Certification in Defensive Driving. Minimum 10 years of work experience. Worked in oil and gas or petrochemical industries or any process industry or, In Heavy engineering/ manufacturing
Good training experience, especially should have delivered to corporates.
