Position Summary:

The Manager, Traceability will play a pivotal role in advancing PVH's traceability strategy, ensuring its successful implementation across the business and throughout the value chain. They will be responsible for managing the traceability program, driving program level supply chain engagement, establishing risk mitigation strategies, and partnering with cross-functional teams to execute key processes that support PVH's traceability objectives. A core part of their impact will be strategizing and securing buy-in from both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the PVH traceability program and goals outlined in the roadmap are achieved.


The Traceability Manager will collaborate closely with Product Data Integrity. Solutions Management and Global Certification teams - who lead operational supply chain implementation - to advance traceability initiatives and resolve challenges that impact the goals set out in the traceability strategy and roadmap.


This role will also ensure he strong partnership with internal (such as Global Supplier Governance & Operational Excellence, Supply, Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability, and Legal departments) as well as external stakeholders (such as suppliers and industry organizations).

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

Support the Director, Traceability in enhancing the global traceability strategy, program, and KPI reporting. Manage and develop the Senior Traceability Specialist in delivering data reporting, insights, and high-quality presentations for leadership. Maintain and enhance the Traceability Playbook. Change management, manage and drive engagement for the traceability program with a focus on supply chain visibility pillar across the business and value chain. Establish a risk management program and collaborate with the Global Supplier Governance & Operational Excellence team to mitigate risks in achieving the traceability goals. Lead global working group(s) to integrate and track the progress in achieving the traceability goals. Engage with GPK stakeholders to roll out Traceability criteria and KPIs in vendor scorecards. Partner with Solutions Management to monitor and track operational KPIs aligned with Supply AOP reporting. Support Solutions Management in developing business cases and pilots for emerging traceability platform solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to analyze issues, define solutions, and support risk mitigation in scope for the traceability program. Prepare and present executive summaries on traceability initiatives progress, issues, results, and participate in steering meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

6-8 years of relevant work experience in the fashion industry with knowledge across apparel, footwear and accessories Experience or knowledge in executing traceability initiatives in the value chain Strong supplier and stakeholder management skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience or knowledge in implementing sustainability certifications such as Textile Exchange, GOTS, Regenagri and FSC in a brand or supplier environment Solid understanding of the textile & footwear industry, including upstream processes of the value chain Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to translate requirements to business technicalities Able to operate in an environment of changing priorities and deadlines Strong project management Ability to lead independently and comfortable to work with all levels within the organization Passionate about driving positive change Can do attitude and seeks out challenges Comfortable in ever changing environment

Knowledge/Skills Required

Proven ability in stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change. Robust understanding of traceability, chain of custody models, certification standards, and industry best practices. Proven track record in establishing processes to support traceability initiatives, sustainability claims validation and risk management in the supply chain. Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing policies, processes, and performance indicators related to traceability. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external regulatory bodies. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Proficient with project management tools such as Asana.
