Job Summary



The job supports end-to-end benefits operations for employees across India and select international locations. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, vendor coordination, employee support, data accuracy, and compliance, ensuring a smooth employee experience across all benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities



Support the administration and ongoing optimization of benefits programs, including

medical, life, disability, wellness, and retirement plans

across India and international locations. Contribute to the standardization of benefits and operations across regions with alignment with the local, statutory and market requirements. Support

new hire enrollments, life event changes, annual renewals, and exits

across benefits programs. Partner with brokers, TPAs, insurers, and global vendors to monitor

service quality, turnaround time, and data accuracy

. Support benefits renewals by assisting with

claims analysis, utilization trends, and cost drivers

. Support compliance requirements for India and international benefits in line with local regulations and company policies. Support benefits education initiatives such as onboarding sessions, open enrollment, and wellness campaigns Contribute to the design and delivery of clear, consistent benefits communication across geographies. Track vendor performance metrics and support escalation and resolution of systemic issues. Liaise with global HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless benefits delivery. Act as a subject matter resource for employee queries, ensuring accurate interpretation of the policies and plans policy. Prepare periodic reports on

enrolment, utilization, claims, and vendor performance

. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and process controls for benefits operations.

Skills and Attributes for Success



Strong understanding of the

domestic benefits landscape

and exposure to

international benefits administration

. Experience working with

HRIS platforms

. Good knowledge of the

insurance processes, claims management, and vendor coordination

. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a flexible, often ambiguous environment. High attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Education and Experience



Post Graduate/Graduate in HR, 3 - 4 years of experience in

benefits administration / HR operations / C&B operations

. Prior experience supporting

multi-country or global employee populations

preferred.
