Technical Manger (Full Stack)

Overview -

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager specializing in Microsoft Technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our technology projects. Your responsibilities will include architecture design, implementation, and overseeing the development and deployment of Microsoft-based solutions that meet our internal needs. You'll collaborate closely with management, business analysts, project managers, developers, testers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Technical Skills -

Microsoft .NET Stack- + Proficiency in .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
+ Experience with building Web APIs and Minimal APIs.
+ Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
Data Persistence and Messaging- + Hands-on experience with ORMs (Object-Relational Mappers).
+ Knowledge of messaging and streaming technologies.
NoSQL Databases- + Understanding of NoSQL databases and their use cases.
Microsoft Azure- + Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Azure services:

Additional Skills and Value Additions -

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements & Responsibilities -

Architectural Design and Implementation + Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions based on Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements. Translate requirements into architectural blueprints and design specifications. Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer
