2. Team Leadership & Staff Management
Supervise HVAC technicians, installers, and support staff.
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees.
Set goals and provide performance feedback.
Promote safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
3. Project Planning and Coordination
Plan HVAC projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and construction teams.
Ensure projects meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
4. Customer Service and Client Relations
Maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
Handle customer complaints, service issues, and escalations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Financial Management
Prepare and manage budgets for operations and projects.
Review and approve invoices, quotes, and cost estimates.
Monitor profitability and suggest cost-saving strategies.
Analyze financial reports and project performance metrics.
6. Quality Control and Compliance
Ensure all work meets industry standards and local regulations.
Conduct quality inspections of completed installations and services.
Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
Maintain necessary certifications and licenses for company and staff.
