Attendance Data Management:

  • Collect swipe data from the Atrak team and send it to the ESS team for reflection in ESS.
  • Validate attendance records and send reminder emails to employees to address attendance deviations.
  • Track long absenteeism and notify HRBPs.
Shift and Schedule Management:
  • Assign shift schedules, shift groups, and flexi shift patterns.
  • Ensure swipe readers and kiosks function properly at all locations.
Employee Database Updates:
  • Add new white/blue collar joiners and delete exiting employees in Atrak.
  • Add bank account numbers for new joiners.
Employee Support:
  • Address 100% of queries from white/blue collar employees efficiently and as per process.
  • Manage LWOP (Leave Without Pay) and cancellations.
Leave Management:
  • Create and validate leave entitlements, C-off entitlements, and leave applications.
  • Update location-wise holiday lists.
  • Maintain employees' leave balances as per the leave policy.
  • Credit special leave for medical and other cases.
  • Prepare leave actualization reports for all employees across locations.
  • Provide LWOP payroll input.
Payroll Input:
  • Validate attendance and provide shift allowances for eligible employees.
  • Track attendance of temporary employees and interns for payroll input.
  • Provide leave encashment and leave actualization data to the payroll team.
Work From Home (WFH) Management:
  • Create entitlements for occasional WFH.
HR and Technical Support:
  • Track confirmation reports in HRWT and support technical issues, filing in employee records.
  • Ensure smooth exit formalities by verifying employee leave balance and professional qualifications, and clearing dues.
  • Support white-collar employees in their professional qualifications for career improvement.
Data Interpretation and Reporting:
  • Interpret time, attendance, leave, and WFH data for OpCom requirements.
  • Send union members' attendance to the IR team daily.
  • Provide man-hours data to the safety team monthly, pre and post cutoff.
Additional Support:
  • Support union elections and events like Ayudha Pooja and Diwali distribution (both shifts).
  • Operate a medical insurance helpdesk for dependent addition (inside the shop floor).
