Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Test Development Manager with hands-on expertise in structural equipment and RF testing. You will lead test development and maintenance across global teams, ensuring tester readiness, uptime, and performance KPIs while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.



HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:


Lead initiatives for NPI and volume production, ensuring testers and fixtures are always prepared and available. Collaborate with R&D, TAO, EMS, and production teams for holistic yield improvement and issue resolution. Implement industry-standard test methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving projects. Gain deep exposure to SPEA, FPT, Keysight ICT, Data IO, and RF test equipment and methodologies. Track, analyze, and improve critical metrics like FCR, downtime, tester uptime, and throughput. Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture with succession planning. Learn to manage risks, timelines, and resource constraints effectively under a dynamic production environment.

Must Have:



Graduate or Masters with 14+ years of experience in test engineering or development roles with leadership responsibilities. Hands-on expertise with SPEA, FPT, Keysight ICT, VOSCAL and RF instruments. Experience in PCBA and Unit level test strategies, maintenance (PM/6S), and calibration processes. Proven track record in KPI improvements, test strategy implementation, and issue resolution.

It Would Be Nice If You Also Have:



Knowledge of Data IO PSV5000/7000 and advanced RF techniques. Capability in GR&R, CPK analysis, and manufacturing process control. Exposure to continuous improvement practices like Kaizen and cost-saving projects.
