Job Responsibilities

Developer representation during interior fit out works of tenants Tenant Fit out drawings approval and comments Monitoring client fit out works to ensure compliance to relevant building codes Standardization and documentation of Fit out manual across organization office portfolio Liaise and manage stakeholders such as Tenants, Consultants, building operations team Coordinate site visits of prospective tenants Technical support to leasing team for RFPs

Job Specification

QualificationB.Arch

Experience1-2 Years

List of Preferred Companies / Industry SectorsWorkplace Design Experience along with experience in designing and executing retail spaces would be preferred.

Domain Expertise - Highlight the "MUST HAVE" professional experience and skill set for the positiono B.Arch

1-2 years of professional design experience. Have Experience on interior projects in retail and workspace design. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel or other design programs.

Competencies

a) TechnicalArchitectural and Interior Design:

Ability to review and approve tenant fit-out drawings & Understanding of design principles.

Building Codes and Regulations:

Knowledge of local and national building codes.

Project Management:

Skills in project management for overseeing fit-out works. Coordination of site visits and multitasking on multiple projects.

Documentation and Standardization:

Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation & Ensuring standardization across the organization's office portfolio.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

Strong communication skills for liaising with tenants, consultants, and building operations teams.

Site Coordination:

Understanding of construction processes & Management of site visits for prospective tenants.

Technical Support for Leasing:

Providing technical support during the Request for Proposals (RFPs) process.

Understanding of technical aspects related to leasing agreements.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing issues during fit-out works.

Technology Proficiency:

Familiarity with relevant software tools in design, project management, and documentation.

Regulatory Compliance:

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate and resolve issues with stakeholders.

Cost Management:

Basic understanding of cost estimation and management for fit-out projects.

Ability to work under independently on multiple projects.

Must exhibit good interpersonal skills within an open team environment.

A collaborative approach to get the job done and helping others.

Work on fast-moving projects at scale and develop innovative and smarter delivery systems and processes
