Key Responsibilities-
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
Effectively pitch the features and health benefits of water ionizers (alkaline ionized water for pH balance and antioxidant properties) and hydrogen machines (molecular hydrogen infusion for reduced oxidative stress and improved vitality).
Build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, and qualify leads based on customer interest and needs.
Schedule qualified appointments for product demos, home visits, or virtual consultations with field sales representatives.
Follow provided sales scripts while adapting conversations to individual customer concerns.
Accurately log call details, customer interactions, and appointment outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, appointments booked, and lead qualification.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends. Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound customer service (experience in health/wellness products is a plus).
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly telephone manner.
Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities; resilient in the face of rejection.
Ability to learn and enthusiastically explain technical product benefits in simple, customer-friendly terms.
Basic proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and telephone systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales or appointment quotas.
