Qualification & Experience Required:- Graduate/MBA with at least 4 to 5 years\' experience in Tele Sales department of Banks, NBFCs, Fintech.- Thorough understanding of Credit, Operations, Tele Sales Policies.- Highly Innovative problem solver, possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational & project planning skills and demonstrating ability to meet deadlines.- Strong managerial and tele sales skills.- Good time management, networking & organizational skills.- Strong in leadership skills.- Good in MIS Excel & reports.- Good in Analytics & communication skills.- Experience in managing and directing a tele sales team.- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team.- Excellent skills to analyse available business opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
