Job Description

- Lead the telesales team and manage daily outbound calling operations.- Set and monitor individual calls & sales targets and team sales targets.- Support team members on live calls to close sales and resolve client queries when needed.- Maintain high call quality and adherence to sales systems.- Ensure that each Sales Agent is coached on How to sell our online product & services.- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings to track progress & plan instant actions.- Identify performance gaps and provide individual coaching to improve results.- Motivate the team to achieve business goals & a positive work culture.- Report sales performance and implement feedback & ideas for growth.- Ensure client satisfaction with prompt and professional service.- Lead, train, and supervise the telesales team to ensure daily targets and KPIs are achieved.- Develop effective sales scripts, call strategies, and communication frameworks.- Monitor team performance through daily/weekly reports and implement improvement plans.- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and customer segments.- Ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain excellent customer handling practices.- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and training sessions for the team.- Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead generation, customer follow-up, and smooth sales processes.- Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure team members are well-informed.- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure quick resolutions.- Prepare sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and management reports.
