TEKline - To ensure quick and precise solution to customer problems which Mahindra dealer has not succeeded in resolving on Mahindra automotive division products. Technical hotline provides remote technical assistance.

Provide remote Technical Assistance to assist dealers in complex trouble shooting of unresolved problems

Failure Root cause analysis and share information with upstream teams for product improvements

Enhance technical capabilities of dealer personnel

Dealership audit on technical aspects

Ensuring smooth new product launches from technical support side

Diploma; Bachelors of Technology; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Mechanical; Diploma in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile; Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelors of Technology in Automobile

General Experience



5 to 10 years

Strong Technical knowledge on Automobiles, Quick Response, Good electrical & electronics knowledge and strong analytical abilities. Passionate about troubleshooting.

Data analytics, Root cause analysis, Prioritization , Good Communication skills

Conflict Management, Assertiveness, Team Management, People Management skills, Negotiation skills
