Education:

: Release Planning and Coordination: Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) in planning and delivering program increments. Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams to prioritize and plan features for each release. Ensure alignment of team objectives with overall program and business goals. Facilitation and Communication: Facilitate ART events, including PI (Program Increment) planning, inspect and adapt workshops, and release retrospectives. Foster open communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring transparency and visibility into progress and impediments. Act as a communication bridge between teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manage dependencies within and between Agile Release Trains. Collaborate with other Release Train Engineers to resolve cross-train dependencies and impediments. Mitigate risks associated with dependencies and escalate issues as needed. Continuous Improvement: Drive conti The Release Train Engineer (RTE) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of releases within the Agile Release Train (ART). As a servant leader and facilitator, the RTE collaborates with multiple teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive the execution of program increments, foster continuous improvement, and facilitate a culture of agility. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification, such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), is highly desirable. Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar Agile leadership role. Strong facilitation and communication skills. In-depth understanding of Agile principles and practices. Experience with Agile project management tools and frameworks. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and manage multiple priorities.
