The company's technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company's business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

The Manager, Machine Learning Engineering will lead a specialized team within Inspire Brands, focusing on developing sophisticated and scalable models across multiple brands. This role involves leading a team of 2-3 data scientists to design, create, monitor, and maintain mature ML systems. The Manager will be a central figure in facilitating effective communication and collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including demand generation, revenue management,brandanalytics,dataproduct and engineeringteams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leadthedevelopmentandimplementationofadvancedanalyticalmodelsfor predictive and prescriptive machine learning model systems.
• Manageateamofdatascientists,providingguidanceoncomplexdataanalysisand modeling tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and optimizing workflows.
• Fosterstrongcollaborativerelationshipswithrevenuemanagement,brandanalytics, and data product teams, to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
• Communicatecomplexanalyticalfindingsandstrategicrecommendationseffectively across different levels of the organization, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Overseetheintegrationofmachine learning recommendationswithoverallbrandstrategies,ensuring consistency and alignment.
• Drivethecontinuousimprovementofanalyticaltoolsandprocesses,stayinguptodate of industry trends and technological advancements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum masters degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant work experience
• OR PhD in a STEM field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing multiple individual contributors.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:

• Stronganalyticalskillswithexpertiseinstatisticalmodeling,machinelearning,and data analysis.
• Proficient in Python programming.
• Exceptionalcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytotranslatecomplexdata-driven insights into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
• ProficientinusingmajordataanalysistoolsandsoftwaresuchasDatabricks,Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
