This role is a hands-on Engineering Leader with 10+ years in relevant technologies focused on overseeing voice service configuration, activation, and management, ensuring accurate provisioning across multiple domains with extensive surveillance and cross-domain correlation. Strong technical leadership, innovation, and deep expertise in voice provisioning and network service management are essential for success in this position.
Will be responsible for leading software development, testing, deployment, and support of
Network Voice Provisioning
applications.
Required work includes collaborating with system engineers, participating in scrum, development and testing code to meet requirements, troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and optimize processes for continuous improvement and fixing security vulnerabilities. This role involves people management for up to 20 team members.

Extensive experience with VoIP-specific protocols such as

(Real-Time Transport Protocol) for media transport,

(Session Description Protocol) for session negotiation, enabling precise protocol analysis, fault isolation, and optimization of voice provisioning workflows in VoIP networks.
Strong hand-on experience in Software Development using

Experience in
Linux/Unix
