Key responsibilities :

\xc2\xb7Factory acceptance test at Chennai plant for Protection Relays, FRTU, Arc Protection offers of Schneider Electric including making the QAP & approval of QAP from customer.

\xc2\xb7Preparation of Protection setting documents (Motor Protection, Transformer Protection, Generator Protection) for customer requests.

\xc2\xb7Submission of GTP and coordinating for approval for customer requests.

\xc2\xb7Site commissioning support & coordination with Manpower vendors for customer requests.

\xc2\xb7Support & coordination for Factory acceptance test at Panel builder location with Manpower vendors for customer requests.

\xc2\xb7Management of inventory by coordinating for modification against warranty replacement, liquidation of material for customer order.

\xc2\xb7Support the contract team in achieving sales, gross margin.

\xc2\xb7Support the PAE team in hands on training conducted for channels at Chennai.

\xc2\xb7Support the PAE team not located in Chennai for testing of products for some specific application.

\xc2\xb7Coordination (Data collection, analysis, corrective action) with Customer care team in closure of post sales complains registered.

\xc2\xb7Online support to Channels (Testing & technical support) for issues faced while configuration for products.

\xc2\xb7Coordination with repair center in Vadodara for repair of products under warranty.

\xc2\xb7Configuration settings, logic, IEC 61850 for P3, P5, P1, Vamp, and MICOM 40 series, 20 series, and V321 Arc protection for customer

specific request.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7Education: Bachelor\'s in Electrical & Electronics engineering.

\xc2\xb7Business development or Product factory acceptance test experience of more than 2-3 years preferably with a knowledge of Protection Relays, FRTU range of products

\xc2\xb7Knowledge of LV, MV Electrical Distribution system

\xc2\xb7Understanding of Communication Protocols in Electrical System will be an added advantage

\xc2\xb7Knowledge on GTM, segment / end users for Protection Relays & FRTU.

\xc2\xb7Role may call for 30-50% travel in a month to customer sites (if required)

\xc2\xb7Strong Technical acumen and analytical skills

\xc2\xb7Excellent listening & communication skills with the ability to influence others and to build strong business networks at different levels of the organization.

\xc2\xb7Good judgement, autonomously working style and good interpersonal skills

\xc2\xb7Proactive and open-minded personality with passion to work with Local teams

\xc2\xb7Experience of Technical management tools and processes are an asset

\xc2\xb7Fluent in English & Hindi
