Role Overview
We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Specialist, Technical Product Management, SAP Source to Settle to join our AH IT Technology Product team for StS process area. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to understand the business requirements and translate them into effective solutions. You should possess end-to-end process knowledge of procure to pay process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba solution deployments, responsible for configuring & supporting Ariba procurement application, Supplier master, Data analytics and Accounts payable processes.
What will you do in this role

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP and Ariba solutions for the Source to Settle (StS) module.
• Configure and maintain the Ariba procurement application, including Supplier master data, data analytics, and accounts payable processes.
• Leverage end-to-end process knowledge of procure-to-pay functions to optimize business operations.
• Translate StS/Ariba requirements into clear functional specifications for STS products
• Define, review, and validate test cases in StS business operations.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate StS functionality and data integrity.
• Support the creation of user guides, training materials, and technical documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze STS processes, and document functional specifications.

What should you have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Passion in technology, with configuration skills and ability to implement without supervision the Ariba Procure to Pay processes, Accounts payable component of SAP. To ensure success, your deep knowledge in SAP Accounts payable module and Ariba procurement application and the experience project training and change management are valuable and will be required.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP modules, specifically FI, SD, and MM processes.
• Understanding of e-invoicing process and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and technology-driven solutions.
