We are seeking a Manager Tech Publications to oversee the management, accessibility, and compliance of technical documentation. The role involves ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining accurate technical records, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate efficient document control and retrieval. Key Responsibilities
Manage technical documents and ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
Collaborate with IT and technical teams to digitize and organize technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory document control requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical support services related to documentation.
Maintain attention to detail and ensure timely and effective document retrieval processes.
Facilitate collaboration across internal teams to meet documentation needs.
Handle additional responsibilities or projects assigned by leadership. Skills & Competencies
Strong document management knowledge
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage digital and physical technical libraries
Knowledge of aviation technical documentation preferred Key Performance Indicators

Vendors / Suppliers coordinate for technical support and services Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Engineering, or related field (B.Sc / B.Tech / BE / BBA / BBM / BA)
Minimum 1 2 years of experience in a technical library or aviation documentation environment
4+ years preferred in technical library management
Experience in aviation technical documentation is an added advantage
