Job Summary:



We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and manage our direct sales team. The role involves recruiting, training, and motivating a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or SaaS sales, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Team Management & Performance



Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for each team member. Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and joint sales calls. Monitor attendance, productivity, and conversion ratios.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement direct sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Drive lead generation, pitch optimization, and on-ground sales closures. Ensure consistent pipeline development and CRM reporting. Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead follow-ups and offers.

3. Target Achievement



Take ownership of monthly team revenue and conversion goals. Track individual and team KPIs through dashboards and daily reports. Design incentive plans and reward systems to boost performance.

4. Client Handling & Market Feedback



Participate in key client meetings to support team members. Collect market insights, competitor activity, and feedback for improvement. Ensure smooth handover to onboarding/support teams after sale closure.

5. Reporting & Process Compliance



Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and activity logs. Submit weekly reports to management on performance and forecast. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand guidelines.

Desired Profile:



3-7 years of experience in

direct/B2B sales

, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, fintech, or telecom. Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience (5-15 members). Strong communication, leadership, and closing skills. Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
