In this role,

be
performing of
audits of expense reports in auditing tool.
Responsibilities
Identify
and escalate critical incidents with
a strong sense
of urgency and ownership
Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
Use CONCUR skills to trouble-shoot configuration issues - (Preferable)
Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues
Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualification
/ skills
Graduate/Post Graduate degree
Familiarity with the Oversight tool and its features, such as real-time expense monitoring and AI-powered insights
Ability to work with data analytics tools to
identify
trends, risks, and non-compliance
Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to set up filters for suspicious transactions through Oversight tool.
Strong attention to detail to spot discrepancies, duplicate claims, or fraudulent activities
Developing strategies to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues
Awareness of industry-specific risks and regulatory requirements
Preferred
Qualification / skills
Understanding of basic knowledge on processes around Travel and Expense process i.e., CONCUR, T&E audits, statement reconciliation, dispute resolution, Delinquencies, terminations, Service NOW
Excellent communication skills over phone, email, and chat
Proactive problem solving, analytical mindset, and customer-centric approach
MS office tools like Excel, SNOW, and Outlook
Good team player

Understands Travel and Expense process functionality and capabilities
