DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Limited is a fast growing company in the space of EPCC (Engineering, Procurement,Construction & Commissioning) of Renewable Energy Power Plants. Currently, it is expanding in a big way in the Solar Power space undertaking ground-mounted and rooftop projects ranging from 5 KWp to 500 MWp.Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat the company is currently undertaking projects within Gujarat & Maharashtra. The company is gearing up to expand in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Andra Pradesh, Telangana, Rajasthan etc.

Qualification & Experience:

Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), and TDS Familiarity with ERP systems and tax software ? Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
? Experience in handling tax assessments and notices is a plus

Key Deliverables

Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory filings Manage tax audits, assessments, and litigation with tax authorities
? Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization
? Handle TDS compliance, reconciliation, and quarterly returns
? Support transfer pricing documentation and reporting
? Liaise with external consultants and auditors for tax-related matters
? Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities
? Maintain documentation and records for internal and external audits
? Provide guidance to junior staff on tax-related issues
? Oversee day-to-day accounting operations financial statements
? Ensure compliance with accounting standards
? Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits
? Manage accounts payable/receivable, banking, and cash flow reporting
