Manager - Taxation - 4+ Years - Gurgaon
An exciting opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience to take charge of Direct & Indirect Taxation, Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing, and Regulatory Compliances with a leading organization in the renewable energy sector. The role offers exposure to strategic decision-making and collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with Direct Tax regulations including TDS, ITR filing, and submission of Form 61A.

• Manage Indirect Tax (GST) compliance - filing returns, optimizing input tax credits, and ensuring timely payments.
• Support Transfer Pricing activities and coordinate with Big 4 consultants for benchmarking and reporting.
• Represent the organization before tax authorities and draft replies or appeals in coordination with tax consultants.
• Drive Tax Planning and Optimization by assessing tax impacts, evaluating structures, and supporting leadership in key financial decisions.

Requirements: * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.

• In-depth understanding of the Income Tax Act and GST Laws.
• Strong skills in drafting, analysis, and representation before tax authorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
