:
Prepare end-to-end documentation process for the allocated share of Transfer Pricing (TP) reports/country responsibilities.
Prior experience with financial transaction/services TP along with understanding of benchmarking analysis.
Gather and analyze data relating to intercompany transactions for the preparation of TP reports.
Performing functional interviews and understand complex flows involved in the intercompany transactions.
Timely and effective escalation management for any business queries.
Managing routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information.
Preparation of statutory TP disclosures forms, if required
Lead process enhancement initiatives such as TP data centralization, automation and maintenance initiatives.
Work in close coordination with various internal/external teams to streamline the process enhancement initiative.
Assist in development and subsequent maintenance of complex TP models.
Lead the development or adoption of TP documentation software.
Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, other miscellaneous assignments, if required.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in direct/ international taxation or tax TP.
Financial services TP experience and 0-2 years of experience in Technology or automation role preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of tax transfer pricing and benchmarking skill.
Excellent communication (written/ verbal)
Knowledge on financial products and services.
Data and business analytical skill.
Advance knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
