Position Summary
1. Develop and administers a variety of health, wellness and/or retirement benefit programs.

2. Work with third-party vendors and/or government agencies for the administration/management of benefit programs.
Role and Responsibilities
1. [Management of benefit enrollment] Perform on/off-boarding of employees in various health and/or retirement benefit programs.
2. [Design of benefit programs] Perform the benchmarking of company benefit programs in line with those of competitors and employee needs; draft recommendations/proposals for benefit modifications.
3. [Implementation of benefit documentation] Perform the maintenance and update of all benefit documentations including, but not limited to, policies, SPDs(Summary Plan Description), letters, and other compliance documentations.
4. [Support and communication of benefit programs] Prepare communication programs and provide support to employees regarding benefit-related questions including unpaid claims.
5. [Implementation of other benefit programs] Perform the operation of leaves and safety related allowances such as compensation for industrial accidents.
Skills and QualificationsDevelops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments * Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
