Experience required:

7-10 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition

Preferred Industry Background:

General Insurance/ Insurance/ BFSI

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute

Lead & manage full-cycle recruitment - lateral + campus hiring

Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning

Coach and guide a recruitment team (10+ recruiters)

Drive retention strategies, engagement, and internal mobility

Promote SGICL as an employer of choice through branding initiatives

Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency & candidate experience

Skill Required:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in insurance/financial services domain is a plus

Knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR analytics

Must have Team Handling Experience (Approx 10+ recruiters)
