Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Strategy Development

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles and levels. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

End-to-End Recruitment Process Management

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Create and maintain job descriptions for all roles in collaboration with department leads.

Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding

Build and maintain a talent pipeline through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment events. Strengthen the organization's employer brand by crafting compelling messaging and leveraging digital platforms to attract candidates.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and ensuring performance targets are met. Train team members on best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with external recruitment agencies and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address hiring challenges and provide data-driven recruitment insights.

Performance Metrics & Reporting

Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to improve hiring processes. Prepare periodic recruitment reports for management review.

Compliance & Policies

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Update recruitment policies as needed to align with best practices and business requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background -

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience -

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize recruitment KPIs. Familiarity with recruitment trends and employer branding strategies.

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to hiring for roles in supply chain, logistics, or similar industries

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
