Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan manpower in coordination with department heads and leadership.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid, senior, and leadership roles.
Sourcing & Hiring
Utilize multiple channels: Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
Create effective pipelines for bulk hiring and niche roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
Ensure hiring within TAT and budget.
Process Improvement
Implement best practices in recruitment, assessment, and selection.
Drive automation and ATS usage for efficient hiring.
Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing efficiency, etc.).
Employer Branding
Strengthen employer branding initiatives for online presence and candidate engagement.
Manage recruitment events, job fairs, and campus drives.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
Allocate roles and monitor performance.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and recruitment documentation.
