In this role, you//'ll be responsible for designing and executing effective hiring strategies, managing
campus recruitment programs at top institutes (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIMs)
, and driving end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional talent. You//'ll collaborate closely with business leaders to forecast manpower needs, ensure role alignment, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical functions. Drive
campus hiring
strategy and execution across premier institutes; act as the point of contact for placement teams and students. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment plans. Utilize diverse sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, professional networks) to attract top talent. Improve candidate experience through structured communication and timely feedback. Track and present recruitment metrics and market insights to leadership. Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
What You Bring:
MBA in HR
from a
Tier-1 B-school
, with a consistent academic record (60%+ throughout).
5-10 years
of strong experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the
manufacturing or engineering sector
. Proven expertise in
campus hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment analytics
. Proficiency in
ATS systems
and recruitment tools; strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. A proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
