The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for PPL. As part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE), the role will focus on driving lateral hiring as well as leadership hiring, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business needs.

Will report to Head TA
Experience
7 to 1 0 years experience in Talent Acquisition within Pharma industry with a focus on IT hiring and leadership hiring
Proven experience of working within the talent acquisition team of pharmaceuticals/CRO/CDMO companies or experience in RPO / executive search firms catering to pharma sector
Proficient in using HRMS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors , ORC etc
* Skilled in talent mapping and gathering market insight
