Job Description

Design and implement robust talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Collaborate with business and functional heads to forecast staffing needs and define role requirements. Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Should have 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR, preferably with prior Team Lead exposure in Recruitment Consultancy

Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus engagement. Represent the company in campus drives, industry events, and job fairs. Partner with leadership teams and hiring managers to understand talent needs and team dynamics. Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and alignment with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Drive process improvements by leveraging HRMS/ATS tools (e.g., ZingHR, LinkedIn, Naukri). Track and analyse key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance in all recruitment activities. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring timely achievement of hiring targets. Conduct hiring manager workshops on structured interviews and bias-free selection techniques. Prior experience in the automobile, manufacturing, or multi-location retail sectors preferred. Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS, etc.). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; capable of managing high recruitment volumes. Ready to travel across branches as required. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam preferred.
