JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Responsibilities:



? Human Capital Domain expert for the new business units
? The hiring of leadership Team Genesis for the new business units
? The hiring of Team Solaris for existing business units and Corporate Office
? Keep track of and update candidate profiles of identified candidates for future hiring
? Keep updated market intelligence of compensation and benefits to attract talent
? Coordinate with Unit leadership and Human Capital teams to ensure the hiring process is efficient and representative of the Rosetta Employer Branding
? Anchor Corporate HR Initiatives
? Work with the Group Head of Human Capital in generating pertinent data and MIS to enable effective and timely business decision making

Specific Responsibilities:

TALENT ACQUISITION

Be involved in the preparation of manpower budgets for new business units and have complete clarity of the manning numbers with costs
? For Team Genesis hiring, ensure candidates for leadership and managerial positions for new business units are identified, screened and shortlisted well in time for actual hiring
? Work with the Unit leadership to ensure Team Genesis hiring for new business units happens as per the critical path
? Assist and guide the Unit Human Capital leadership in following established Human Capital processes with regards to employment terms, benefits etc.
?For the Team Solaris positions, maintain updated profiles of candidates for replacement, have those candidates interviewed and shortlisted by respective hiring managers and keep the candidates engaged for availability when the vacancy arises
? Ensure personal networks of existing employees, especially leaders, is utilised optimally and with discretion to source candidates
? Develop sources and propose newer platforms and tools to identify and attract talent
? Be the custodian of and implement Employer Branding initiatives
? Come up with ever-evolving methods of marketing the Rosetta Employer Branding to attract talent
? Coordinate with Unit Human Capital teams to keep the Compensation and Benefits Matrix updated and relevant
? Develop and nurture talent acquisition sources to sustain talent supply for the units
? Work with the Unit Human Capital and Talent Management teams to develop local talent as potential employees
? Work with the Corporate Human Capital leadership to drive the organisation-wide Human Capital initiatives across all business units
? Be the custodian and one-point contact for the business units for compliance with Corporate Human Capital initiatives
? Be the custodian of Rosetta Commitment to Dignity of Treatment and ensure each CDT complaint at the unit level is taken to its logical conclusion ? Be the Corporate resource facilitating onboarding of all new unit leadership team members by following the structured On-Boarding Plan

MIS:



? Consolidate the comprehensive monthly HRMIS and present the summary which enables decision making
? Keep the Critical Vacancy report consolidated and updated at all times
? Maintain Turnover data - new joiners and exits - on a monthly basis
? Detailed report on Recruitment costs on a monthly basis
