The Role Responsibilities Job Role Future will be built in an Enterprise Agile set up comprising cross functional business and technology teams and we are now looking for dynamic and strong professional who can steer and guide the bank towards building this Omni channel capabilities with specific focus on Digital Analytics (Mobile and Web) to drive better understanding of customer journey, conversion and optimisation opportunities to improve revenue. The individual should have extensive experience in the design, build, implementation and business value realisation of best in class Digital analytics and tag management tools in an enterprise environment. This would typically involve implementation of products like Adobe Analytics, Google analytics, AppsFlyer, Adobe Launch, etc. This role is both build and run of Digital Analytics and tag management tools and will require individual to guide the Digital analytics Squad to define and deliver business value from program. Strategic Management Guide and shape the Digital analytics program comprising building and running Web and Mobile analytics, Mobile attribution, Customer journey analytics, Core measurement and reporting capability using best in class technologies, processes and frameworks. Create requirements for digital analytics, plan tag management approach and full release cycle. Act as key team member for Digital analytics initiatives and lead requirement gather workshops. Engage country SPOCs and showcase coverage and maturity of digital analytics. Subject Matter Expertise Hands on experience in Digital analytics tools like Adobe analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer is required with focus on following Web and Mobile Analytics To drive better understanding of customer journey, CTAs, events, marketing channel rules, integrations. Measurement and Reporting Manage proper measurement, reporting, analysis and optimisation of online journey\'s and campaigns. Support build out of performance reporting dashboards. Experience building external dashboards using Tableau is an added advantage. Analytics and Insights Help analytics processes to drive insights. Collaborate with Retail analytics teams to build predictive models that drive optimisation of Digital and Omni channel journey\'s. Provide BAU administration on managing delivery backlog, reports and insights to support to the user-base. Execution and Project Management Work with cross functional Group, regional and country teams to identify optimisation use cases to be implemented using MarTech platforms. Execute those use cases with help of Digital Analytics Agile Squad. Squad will be responsible for business requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, training and implementation of Digital analytics and Mobile attribution tools using tag management platform. Ensuring deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements / sign-offs. Representing the stakeholders, and has the mandate to prioritise scope(functions / features) on behalf of the business. Clearly communicating priorities, objectives / goals, mission and acceptance criteria to the Agile Delivery Team. Prepare BRD and User stories and get them signed-off with country stakeholders. Walkthrough of user stories with implementation teams and agree on implementation timelines. Work with Vendor, Professional services consultant and cross functional teams in SC (such as Group Digital, Segments, Country Digital, Distribution, Group ITO) to design, implement MA capability. Validate deliveries through success metrics, after deployment to ensure they meet all operational and business requirements and drive maintenance and problem resolution, as required. Ensuring that all submissions to committees (status reports, AED, Red packs, Closure Reports etc.) are of the right quality and are timely. Stakeholders Regional and country digital analytics team ITO: Build and Engineering Team Group SC Design Team Regional Digital Banking Organization Group Digital Banking Management Team Group Digital Commerce Team Group and country Retail analytics team Regional Digital Banking Heads Country Digital Banking Teams L&C, OR, FCC, GIS, SCM Our Ideal Candidate Bachelors / Master\'s degree holder. Overall experience of 3 years with atleast 2 years of experience in core and relevant field of setting up or working in high performance Digital analytics environment is a must. Experience handling and managing Digital Analytics tools like Adobe analytics, Google analytics, AppsFlyer (or similar Mobile attribution tool), etc and Tag management tools like Adobe Launch. Strong presentation and communication skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders, ability to tell a story through data, identify opportunities and drive action plans. Highly effective in a large virtual cross functional team aligning to / and multiple business and IT partners across different markets. Good to have certification in product Owner and understanding the agile delivery principles and basic knowledge about Scrum. Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA to conduct above activities in enterprise agile environment. Experience in technologies like R, Python, SQL is an added advantage. Proficiency in statistical and database concepts. Experience with visualisation tools like Tableau. Other Skills required Understanding of Digital marketing ecosystem like Display, Search, Social. Prior experience setting up Digital Analytics practice is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in surfacing insights from web analytics data and set up work spaces and dashboards key team member for Digital analytics initiatives and lead requirement gather workshops.
