About this opportunity

Our Systems Integration Team envisions, creates and tests enterprise system solutions that drive better business processes. As a member of the team, you will be involved in developing, testing, launching and iterating upon great System components. You are able to think creatively about how to use technology to streamline and drive processes that are backbone of business process and in turn can take your ideas from concept through to impeccable execution. Ability to understand, develop automation frameworks, strong analytical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to interact with users is a must have.

We are looking for passionate SQA Lead Engineer who are excited about joining a team that is execution oriented, fast moving and implementing the cutting-edge software architectural components. In this position, you are responsible to drive, lead a team which is highly focused on validating improved solutions for the orthodontic treatment planning process and will work with a wide scope of different clinical applications & teams (begins from the desktop orthodontic 3D system and ended with web, microservices using ML and Algorithmic approaches).

In this role, you will...

• Strong understanding of software Architecture and enterprise applications.
• Work closely with the software development team to implement testing methods and validate test cases. Ensure direct 'black box' testing is complementary to what is being covered by unit and 'white box' testing
• Develop and maintain product test plans and test cases that are effective at trapping defects so other team members can run them with confidence
• Assist in understanding and replicating customer issues.
• Implement test cases that reflect how applications should perform to delight customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Develop methods for automation testing of software applications Mentor software testers on efficient strategies and tools for achieving quality and testing efficiency goals.
• Ability to work with databases.
• Ability to work with offshore teams.
• Ability to analyze project

In this role, you'll need ...

• MS or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related.
• 7 years of Software QA Engineer and/or Software Development Test Engineer.
• Systems Integration, E2E testing experience.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Set clear team goals and meet release timelines
• Participate in estimates planning, risk mitigations and have right attitude to be pro-active rather than reactive
• Ability to work on innovative technologies and frameworks as required
• Healthy engineering mindset, developing clean code for documentation and maintainability
• Experience with modern ALM tools and processes, including Test project management, defect tracking, writing test plans, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Working experience of Agile methodology.
• Expertise in modern programming/scripting languages, such as Python (preferred), Java etc.
• Expertise in developing test automation framework for Restful API services\
• Strong foundation of Databases, APIs, Web Services and other modern engineering stack components.
