A Global IT Solution and Telecom Services Provider company having offices in Bangalore, DUBAI and LONDON requires for itsJOB LOCATION--Abu Dhabi, UAESOC-NOC Analyst(Networking)SOC/NOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, identifying, investigating, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving incidents and problems. The types of incident and impact would be considerably different. Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and manage incidents and problems in a way that reduces downtime. Focus on IT assets availability, reliability and performance. Computer Science Engineering or related Bachelor's degree and certifications. 5+ years of experience in related field. Knowledge of IT and how utility components, sensors, networks, storage, system, application stacks function. Experience in monitoring IT asset availability, performance and security. Troubleshoot problems and provide system support. Computer skills to work with network, systems and application of all types. Programming skills to write macros and scripts in power shell. Experience in System, Network, End points, Application and Security monitoring tools is essential, such as Solarwinds, Nexthink, logrhythm, Data Center Expert, Site24x7 and Application performance monitoring. Troubleshoot problems and find fixes for incident. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential Knowledge and experience in ITSM tool is essential.>Implementing enterprise-wide tools and processes to enhance existing monitoring capabilities>Identifying, evaluating, and migrating new customers and the relevant systems/services into the NOC/SOC>Coordinating with appropriate Technical, Security, and Management teams to resolve and report on issues identified via NOC/SOC monitoring tools and capabilities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?192,311.78 - ?1,089,033.59 per yearSchedule:
