Software Support Manager needed to lead and grow a team of support analysts being responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Infor ERPA XA product on the IBMi / iSeries platform. This role requires a motivated self-starter professional and can thrive in a constantly evolving environment. As a Software Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects, managing & growing the team, managing technology in projects, and providing guidance to the team.

Essential Duties:

Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect disciplines. Executes financials, business planning, organizational priorities and workforce.

24/7 on call coverage on rotation required.

Standard working hours 8 AM eastern to 5 PM eastern time zone /5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM Ist

Basic Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in computer science, or related field preferred.

\xc2\xb7 6 years of software support experience.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills; effectively communicate and collaborate with all areas of support/development and product management; ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.

Preferred:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in support of ERP Systems

\xc2\xb7 Experience with ERP XA and/or IDF.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with managing teams of 12 or more analysts.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills and comfortability speaking in small group settings.

\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills.

\xc2\xb7 Experience and ability to work effectively in tools Microsoft Teams/Support Portal and Excel

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task; Self-teacher in acquiring new skills.
