Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Supply Chain Planning

We are looking for a Supply Chain Management expert who would be responsible for supply chain delivery & domain expertise, delivering analytics and reporting projects.Responsibilities

Focused on solving Supply planning problems for CPG / Consumer Electronics industries*
Apply domain experience (supply chain), analytical skills to conceptualize and create and implement solution prototypes around Demand planning, Demand allocation, DRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, MRP, replenishment planning*
Design Supply Chain Analytical solutions - Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions*
Handle large datasets - Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights*
Work closely with global client's multiple cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements and prioritize needs*
Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues*


Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics /optimization domain*
Relevant strong work experience in Supply Chain*
Exposure in ERPs - SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.*
Hands-on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Planning*
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy*
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Excellent MS excel, PowerPoint skills is a must*
Good team player and ability to manage large teams*
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations*
Good communication and negotiation skills*
Good understanding of BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI*

Preferred qualifications

Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques*
Has done modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning/python / R*
Proficient in BI Tools: Tableau/Power BI*
Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build reporting/insights/analytics factory)*
Designed Analytical solution either around Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Capacity Planning*
Certifications like CPIM / CSCP*
