1. Finding opportunities for sales of ~76 APIs, mainly for Europe & non-US markets
2. Exploring right customers and Managing relationships
3. Handling direct accounts of all API sales
4. Gathering data each territory wise
5. Identifying the new opportunities for the existing products as well as for new products.
6. Managing business as per annual business plan - order processing to receivables.
7. Co-ordinate with various departments such as QC, QA, RA, R & D for ensuring continuous Customer support.
8. Coordination with Production planning & Logistics team to ensure timely supplies of orders.
9. Executing Project with connecting the dots
10. Handling the customer audits and Telecoms.
11. Handling Techno-commercial and Regulatory queries.
12. Preparing and sending invoices to customers based on agreed pricing terms.
13. Converting the Purchase orders into sales orders.
14. Sale of Non-moving RM, KSMs, APIs from all the sites
