Job Description

Being experienced in supervisor / Manager role in mega kitchen /Hotel /center kitchen / catering industry.

Ex defence personal , Ex merchant navy can apply.

Responsibilities:

To setup corporate reporting systems and process. To control cooks/ labor working and get them into systems kitchen Stock maintainance and record keeping Ensure proper higene and decorum. Initiate new systems and machinery usage for enhancement of the kitchen and to reduce the dependency of labor.
No Alcohol premises

Technical skills:

Must have basic knowledge of -

Cooking in mega kitchens Hardware of cooking machines
Microsoft Excel

Soft Skills

:

Command as leader Discipline Team player
Job Type: Full-time
