Job Title: Manager - Subject Matter Expert (Software Developer - Java & Python)

About Us:

We're seeking an experienced Manager - Subject Matter Expert in Java and Python to lead the development of comprehensive training content for our software development courses. If you have a passion for technology education and expertise in Java and Python, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop curriculum and interactive content for Java and Python Full Stack topics, including hands-on exercises, case studies, and capstone projects.

- Design training manuals, self-paced online modules, and course materials for foundational to advanced Java and Python topics.

- Evaluate and select relevant training materials, leveraging real-world applications in Java, Python, microservices, DevOps, and database management.

- Apply principles of adult learning and instructional design to create interactive and practical learning experiences.

- Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to manage, track, and enhance the learner experience.

- Deliver occasional training sessions, ensuring clarity on challenging concepts.

- Conduct training for new hires, existing trainers, and TEMs.

Requirements:

- BE/B-Tech/M-Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, Java development, or technical content development.

- In-depth expertise in Java and Python Full Stack technologies.

- Proven experience in designing content for software development and engineering topics.

- Proficiency in instructional design for technical subjects.
