The OTC Manager, Studios t will focus on managing billing in a high transactional volume, positive team-oriented environment, with multiple invoices and titles all while ensuring compliance with corporate billing, collection and credit policies. This role will have managerial responsibilities over a direct team performing tasks including but not limited to: billing, dispute management, order management, cash receipts and application and work closely with OTC Management & business stakeholdersAdditionally, the role should understand the financial systems that support collections and contribute to the design and testing of systems and processes enhancements and performance. This position will need to have excellent communications skills, working closely with each area of the order to cash team, along with internal stakeholders and the customers.This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the order-to-cash cycle, internal stakeholders, and customers. The position will play a critical role in fostering an environment that upholds and reflects the Warner Bros. Discovery brand.Oversee weekly/monthly billing and collection activities including timeliness of billing resolution.Provide managerial support to team in resolving disputes and chargeback issues with customers and internal stakeholdersConduct account reviews for A/R balances and provide updates to management on Account Receivable health status with the intention of improving on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)Provide and manage related AR reporting for KPIs and other performance metricsManage internal and external relationships with key clientsCollaborate with internal & external teams to organize and monitor the use of resources required to provide high quality and cost-effective OTC service deliveryManage special projects and analysis as required to meet responsibilities and objectives of the businessLead a team of talented resolvers and analysts through recruitment, training, coaching, and self-empowermentMaintain documentation for compliance reporting and auditsQualifications & Experiences:Fluent in EnglishMinimum of 7 years of experience with 3 or more years of management experienceCommerce Graduate or MBA or CA Inter with OTC experience of Cash Applications for APAC / Europe customers for SSC/BPO.Quick problem solver, team player, good time management skillsExcellent listening, oral, and written communication skillsExperience in SAP ERP preferredGreat organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh level of analytical skills and problem-solving skillsComplete understanding of the Order to Cash processWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficientlyProven track record in meeting deadlinesOpen to US Shift time zonesNot Required but preferred experience:Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferredHow We Get Things Donexe2x80xa6This last bit is probably the most important!
