We are seeking a highly experienced and target-driven professional to join us as a Manager - Student Counseling & Admissions. This is a critical leadership role for someone with a strong background in B2C inside sales, particularly in the EdTech, test prep, or career counseling domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, lead conversion strategy, and performance optimization.
Only candidates with prior experience in managing inside sales or counseling teams will be considered. Freshers or underqualified applicants are requested not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
Monitor daily performance, track KPIs, and ensure consistent productivity
Plan and execute conversion strategies
Analyze CRM data and sales reports to identify trends and gaps
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with marketing to align sales campaigns
Onboard, train, and review team members' performance
Maintain records and generate sales reports
Contribute to process improvements and sales automation
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in B2C sales processes
CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared)
Data-driven decision-making

Experience in sales training and performance coaching

Eligibility Criteria
:
Only candidates with 8-10 years of B2C sales experience and minimum 2+ years in a managerial role will be considered
Proven success in leading teams and meeting sales targets
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Education preferred
Prior experience in EdTech, test prep, or counseling is a strong advantage
Strictly for experienced candidates - Freshers or less-experienced applicants will not be considered
Age must be 35 years or below
