Work you\'ll do :

- The primary role of a Manager is to lead engagements, including planning and budgeting; manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from client sponsors; and direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products. Managers manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.

- As a Manager, you will be expected to participate in Business Development, develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; and participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process. The responsibilities of current role may include:

- Design and / or restructuring of CRE, FM, or workplace operating models, organizational structures, and service delivery models

- Development of corporate real estate portfolio optimization strategies, understanding its impact on the business delivery and developing mitigation plans to address the risks

- Design and implementation of workplace strategies, digital workplace technology strategies, and workforce mobility programs

- Enhancement of employee experience through modern amenities and leveraging contemporary workplace strategies such as utilizing co-working spaces, satellite offices, and hoteling seats to optimize Real Estate portfolio etc.

- Delivery of CRE, FM, or workplace IT platform advisory services, including strategy development, requirements development, vendor / solution evaluation, and implementation support

- Implementation of latest technologies in CRE such as Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)

- Review of existing Real Estate processes with a view to improve efficiency and consolidate into an offshore centre of excellence

- Delivery of CRE and FM outsourcing / offshoring consulting services, including strategy development, setting up of CRE Centre of Excellence, contract evaluation, and RFI / RFP process management

- Identification of cross-functional dependencies for execution of proposed real estate strategies, and program managing execution with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure realization of savings and prevention of business disruption

In performance of the above, you would engage in the following activities:

- Assist in pre-sales and proposal support activities

- Develop and publish thought papers on the latest trends in Corporate Real Estate

- Work closely and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams across the globe in Our firm, to deliver a comprehensive solution to the clients

- Manage the engagement and lead day-to-day communication with clients

- Develop / deliver executive communications (verbal and written)

- Mentor and lead the team in business development initiatives, pursuits and client engagements

- Help manage, build and effectively leverage client relationships

Qualifications :

- MBA or other advanced degree

- 6 to 10 years of demonstrated experience across corporate real estate, facilities and vendor management

- Proficient user of Microsoft suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project)
