Role Overview
We are looking for a
Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Manager
who can identify, build, and manage high-value partnerships across the logistics, fintech, automotive, and government ecosystems.
The ideal person will act as a
bridge between Business, Product, and External Stakeholders
, creating collaborations that accelerate Truckrr's growth, monetisation, and market reach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Identification & Alliance Building
Identify potential partners across
banks,NBFCs,fintech platforms,insurance companies, OEMs, oil & fuel companies, FASTag, toll fee solutions, telematics providers, tax platforms, and government bodies
.
Establish MOUs and strategic collaborations with
o
Banks/NBFCs
for vehicle finance,invoice financing,credit products(Truckrr Credit).
o
Fintech partners
to integrate payments,tax filing,KYC,FASTag,and financial services.
o
State Transport Departments
forpermit/taxpaymentfacilitations.
o ONDC,GeM,Logistics boards,and government eco systems.
o
OEMs
for truck purchase offers,after-sales services,AMC,and spare-part partnerships.
2. Support Product Development
Work closely with product teams for integrating third-party services into
HERO,ONE, and LOADS
.
Identify gaps in the Truckrr product ecosystem and recommend external partners to add value.
Ensure API integrations and technical alignment with Truckrr's tech team.
3. Business Development Support
Build partnerships that create
new revenue lines,commissions,offers,subsidies,and service bundles
.
Support sales teams by enabling channel partnerships and co-branded campaigns.
Represent Truckrr in partnermeetings, industry events, and external presentations.
4. Relationship Management & Governance
Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders in partner organizations.
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with partners.
Track performance of partnerships and ensure delivery as per agreements.
Coordinate legal,finance, and compliance teams to execute agreements.
