Job Summary

CurioKidz, a pioneer with 9+ years of experience in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education and training is seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager to steer the STEM programmes in schools. The position will be based out of Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

Successfully manage School relationship including Correspondents, Principals (HMs) and STEM Co-ordinators. Ensure timely progress of STEM programmes in schools and address operational issues Liaise with School Education department as required and ensure compliance requirements Recruit, onboard, and train STEM Trainers / Mentors to deliver high-quality STEM instruction in schools. Deploy STEM Trainers to identified schools and regularly monitor their performance through structured evaluations and feedback. Conduct regular school visits to provide on-ground support, quality assurance, smooth implementation and resolve any operational challenges. Organize and facilitate training workshops, review meetings, and professional development sessions for STEM Trainers. Generate and submit monthly and quarterly performance reports highlighting programme reach, impact, and outcomes. Identify competitive events in STEM for schools and drive student participation and wins in these events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, MBA or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years' experience of working in STEM education industry and is currently in a Managerial role Knowledge of hands-on STEM learning tools, pedagogy, and curriculum integration strategies. Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus Experience of working in NGO / CSR space in Education will be an advantage

Required Skills and Experience

Strong team management , leadership skills and client management Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including school authorities and government officials. Proficiency in planning, execution, and monitoring of large-scale school programmes. Ability to prepare detailed reports and analyze programme data. Fluency in

English.

Working knowledge of Tamil is a plus. Willingness to travel frequently within Chennai and nearby districts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
