Job Title: Manager Stakeholder Management & Customer Relations Job Purpose
The Manager Stakeholder Management & Customer Relations will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on aligning stakeholder engagement with business objectives, enhancing customer experience, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals
Conduct stakeholder analysis and create structured engagement plans
Act as a single point of contact for stakeholder communication and issue resolution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and operational challenges
Manage invoice validation, billing accuracy, and contractual compliance
Track compensation, invoices, and related documentation for audits and reviews
Ensure adherence to internal policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Identify process gaps and contribute to SOP development and process improvement
Support standalone projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management Education & Qualification
CA / CMA / MBA or Master's degree from a Tier-1 institute
