Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced SRE Specialist to oversee incident management, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, as well as managing release cycles and change implementations.Key Responsibilities

  • Overall 8+ years in IT, with a focus on property-related technology.
  • Oversee incident management, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, as well as managing release cycles and change implementations.
  • Proficient in scripting and programming languages for Android app development (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Python).
  • Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to maintain system reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement and manage monitoring tools to track system performance and set up alerts for potential issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a production environment.
  • Preferably experienced in managing and supporting cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure operations
  • Preferably experienced in developing and managing solutions involving IoT devices, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Preferably certified in Lenel Controller devices for access control and security management.
  • Oversee daily business-as-usual (BAU) activities, including:
o Incident & Situation Management
o Problem Management - Bug Fix
o Change Management - Development & Change Implementation
o Escalation ManagementSkills and Experience

  • Basic IoT Device Management
  • Linux / Scripting / Control-M

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computers
  • Certifications in Lenel, SRE Foundation, cloud systems, Service Bench, ServiceNow and SharePoint (preferred but not required)
