ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of the pharmacy department and supporting the units as and when required.
• Inventory Management: Inventory days and control, Nonmoving, shorty expiry, excess stock expired stocks, Transfer to rejected and condemnation control
• Statutory Compliances and Tracking: Maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards as per norms defined by accreditation/ government bodies.
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• SOP formulation and implementation as directed by the HOD for PAN MAX.
• Support in preparing the Budget of the department and monitoring the same.
• Achieve material cost targets that will impact the departmental performance to overachieve MOS for pharmacy 100% and above
• IT and Digital initiatives
• BI Reports - Review and follow up with the units
• Fraud and Risk Management
• OP revenue tracking and work with unit to achieve the targets, control Bounce percentage and work on conversion percentage
• Central Warehouse monitoring including Max Lab supplies
• Internal Audits: Liasioning with the team and Auditors
• Monthly EWS Audits Reviews
• Monthly MIS and dashboards for the business review and process improvement.
• To support Director and Chief - Pharmacy in identifying and implementing various strategies to maximize revenue
• To design and implement functional training programs for the team at head office and units.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience within Healthcare Pharmacy Sector
• Pharmacy/Science graduate.
• MBA (Preferred)
