A. International Marketing & Events
1. Plan and execute international marketing campaigns, property expos, and investor
roadshows in key global markets.
2. Develop and manage online events/webinars for NRI audiences and global investors.
3. Build and maintain relationships with international partners, real estate networks, and
consulates for collaborative branding opportunities.
4. Create and manage an annual calendar of global and local marketing events aligned
with YULA's strategic goals.
5. Supervise the execution of local events such as project launches, awards, exhibitions,
and experiential activations.
6. Handle cross-branding, sponsorships, and partnership marketing with relevant
premium brands.
7. Oversee budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reports.
B. PR & Corporate Communications
1. Develop and implement PR and media communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
2. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and corporate announcements
across relevant platforms.
3. Build and nurture relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers in
both domestic and international markets.
4. Manage brand reputation and crisis communication, ensuring consistent and positive
brand representation.
5. Coordinate press conferences, media interactions, interviews, and public
appearances for key management.
6. Monitor media coverage, industry mentions, and competitor news, providing insights
to senior leadership.
7. Collaborate with the content and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging across
all channels (social media, website, brochures, etc.).
C. Strategy, Coordination & Reporting
1. Work with senior marketing leadership to design integrated marketing and PR
strategies that elevate brand presence globally.
2. Track and report ROI of events, PR coverage, and media visibility.
3. Ensure brand consistency, visual alignment, and communication tone across all
regions and activities.
4. Manage external PR agencies, event vendors, and media partners.
5. Provide executive summaries and post-activity analysis reports to management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or Business
Administration.
2. 6-10 years of experience in international marketing, events, and public relations.
3. Proven experience handling press communications, luxury brand events, or real
estate marketing.
4. Excellent networking, media relations, and communication skills.
5. Strong command of brand positioning, storytelling, and global communication
standards.
6. Proficiency in event management tools, digital PR, and media monitoring platforms.
7. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.
8. Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury brand communication.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
